Return & Refund Policy

Returns Policy
We have many years of good factory reputation and quality assurance. We promise that all SUFFLA metal detectors can provide one year of free maintenance service. (Note: If the buyer needs repairs, the buyer needs to bear the return shipping fee,Subject to actual expenses incurred ) If you buy SUFFLA metal detectors, they will not be returned after placing an order, unless it is the quality of the product.

 

Because the unit metal detector price is higher than other products, our store strongly recommends that you express delivery face-to-face acceptance and we do not support unreasonable returns and exchanges, and we support a 1-year warranty for quality problems after receipt.


If the outer packaging is found to be damaged, please reject it immediately. We suggest you to immediately contact the freight terminal for further instructions, or call the shipping company’s customer service center for help. there is no product quality problem by default when you receive it.

 

If you find that the metal detector is damaged or the product is not your purchase or the metal detector can not work well, please take a photo or make a video and contact our customer service within 3 days. We will verify and give a reasonable solution based on your feedback as soon as possible.And we will bear the cost of shipping back.

 

If you want to return goods, you can submit a request to our customer service by sending an email to support@suffla.com. Please also include your order number, name, and return reason. If we cover the return costs, you will then receive a return label from our support team. You will receive an email from us as soon as your return shipment has been received and processed. Once your return request has been approved, we will send our return address to you. Please note we do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.

 

 

Refund Policy

For orders that have not been confirmed after payment, if you apply to cancel the order and request a refund within 12 hours after payment, a full refund can be made within 5 days. For orders that have been paid for more than 12 hours, if you request to cancel the order and request a refund, a 20% handling fee will be deducted.
For orders the packages have been opened, we do not accept returns of opened items. 

For returned goods:Returns and Refunds can take up to 1-4 weeks but typically are resolved much sooner.  Once we receive your items, we will notify you if your request has been approved or denied.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will then be processed through your original payment method within 5-10 days.


In an order for the packages to passage, buyers have to bear the shipping costs themselves.

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
